The International Orienteering Federation (IOF) is the international governing body for orienteering sports. The IOF governs four orienteering disciplines: foot orienteering, mountain bike orienteering, ski orienteering, and trail orienteering.

Payment

You can pay with card or Swish (an Swedish payment provier). Stripe, our card payment provider is an PCI certified PSP with 3d secure which guarantees that Your card information is safe. Payment should be able to do from every democratic country in the world, and maybe other also.

Entering of credit card details is done at our payment provider which guarantees that their page is secured and that communication is made over encrypted lines. IOF do not register or store your card information.

Refund

IOF TV is an online broadcast and normally we do not accept refunds. However, under certain conditions it may be possible to get a refund:
- Duplicated order

Situations that are not accepted for refund
- Missed the live broadcast - Trouble with mobile device, computer, internet connection etc

To request a refund contact IOF via mail on live@orienteering.sport.

Minimum age

According to Swedish law, Internet payment is not allowed to youths, under the age of 18 years. IOF will not ask for age when purchasing access to IOF TV.

You are allowed to view the broadcast on multiple devices for personal use. For example, PC, mobile device and smart tv.
It is not allowed to share your login with other people

Resending and saving the broadcaste

It is not allowed to use the live broadcast for re-distribution it in any other way.

It is not allowed to save and redistribute the broadcast live or in replay without a specific permission from IOF.

GDPR

The personal details that you provide here will be saved in IOF TV's database, administered by IOF. You may not deliberately provide information that you know not to be true. No information about you will be published. The personal details are only available for yourself and IOF TV's system administrator.

The following personal information is stored:
- Name
- Mail address
- Payment method
- Purchased broadcasts
- IP-address, login time and place for last login

If you want to be removed from IOF TV, send an e-mail to live@orienteering.sport.

Changes in terms and conditions

We reserve the right to change this statement from time to time, as we deem necessary. Your continued access or use of IOF TV is deemed to be your acceptance of any changes to this statement.
